Dr Yeganeh Baghi

Dr. Yeganeh Baghi is a scholarly teaching fellow (lecturer) specializing in architectural engineering within the School of Civil, Mining, and Environmental Engineering at the University of Wollongong (UOW). She completed her PhD in 2022 from Sustainable Buildings Research Centre at UOW. Yeganeh actively contributed to the UOW Solar Decathlon Middle East 2018 Team as part of her doctoral studies. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering in Iran, followed by a Master of Science degree in Mechatronics from the Science and Research Branch of Azad University of Tehran. She is a multi-disciplinary engineer committed to interdisciplinary research, particularly focusing on sustainability-oriented innovative technologies in built environments. She joined WREN, considering it a valuable platform for connecting with like-minded individuals in STEM, contributing to the community, and fostering future collaborative research initiatives. She is passionate about educating future generations, especially females, in STEM fields.
